Today we received some news about the Gen III remakes. We saw new pictures of the gyms, leaders, and E4 members, as well as seeing the Mega form of a fan favorite Pokemon, Metagross.

In this picture, you can see something that appears to be similar to a mega ring. I personally think that it could be linked to a Mega-Absol, as it is his highest leveled Pokemon in R/S/E, however, it appears it may have something to do with his
Shiftry. As shown, Phoebe has a Dusknoir now as her main Pokemon, and Sidney has a Shiftry next to him. Could this possibly be a new Mega? Only time will tell as days tick down until the release of Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire!
